Hybrid NYC Director, Legal Counsel - Equity Finance

Page Executive is recruiting a senior US-licensed lawyer for our investment bank client in New York. You will provide legal support to equity sales and trading, focusing on equity finance matters such as margin lending, equity repo and securities lending.

You will draft and negotiate credit agreements, fund financing, and related documentation; advise on margin lending regulations, FINRA and Dodd-Frank; collaborate with risk and operations to manage legal and regulatory risk.
