Hybrid National Service Call Agent Customer Support

Landmarc is seeking a Call Agent to join our National Service Centre. You will be the first point of contact for end users, handling calls, coordinating bookings, and supporting contract delivery.

The role offers hybrid working with up to two remote days per week after induction, and a structured, team oriented environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating travel and accommodation, maintaining records, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
