Hybrid Motor Insurance Team Lead - Weekdays, No Weekends

GerrardWhite is recruiting a Motor Insurance Customer Care Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of the frontline team in Rainham, Essex. The role is hybrid: four days in the office and one day at home after induction, with a Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule and no weekend shifts.

You will lead a team with a strong focus on service levels, renewals, and compliant processes, using motor-insurance expertise to motivate, coach and drive results while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
