Hybrid London: Customer Operations Specialist

Funding Circle in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to support the Sales and Operations Channels and deliver customer value. You will handle inbound enquiries by phone or email and assist in moving loan applications through the funnel.

You will update the Salesforce CRM, build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and internal teams, and help keep reporting accurate while proactively identifying risks and improving processes.
