Hybrid Legal Counsel: M&A, Property & Commercial

Musgrave Group is seeking a Legal Counsel for its Retail business unit. The role focuses on acquisitions, disposals, leases, licenses, asset management, and development of commercial property, with guidance on commercial, employment, and competition law.

You will draft and negotiate transactional documents, manage external advisers, and ensure governance and timely completion of deals in a fast-paced environment.
