Hybrid Legal Counsel - Corporate, Finance & M&A

Centrica plc, based in Reading, seeks an England & Wales qualified lawyer to join its in-house Corporate, Finance and M&A team within the LRECS function. The role blends corporate, finance and M&A responsibilities in a supportive environment with exposure to significant strategic matters.

You will work on acquisitions, joint ventures and financing, developing expertise while owning a portfolio of matters and collaborating with senior lawyers and departments across Centrica.
