Admin/ Secretary - Hybrid- 2 days working from home
Hrs 9-5
Delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an esteemed organisation based in Dublin 7
Key Responsibilities- Updating and maintaining internal systems, including scanning incoming post and saving emails
- General copy typing, scanning, and filing of documents
- Monitoring shared email inboxes and managing telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Drafting professional correspondence
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Preparing documentation for meetings and formal requirements
- Uploading and managing documents within document management systems
- Acting as receptionist at in person meetings and hosting virtual meetings
