Hybrid Learning & Skills Coach Apprenticeship Assessor

NVQ Assessor is seeking a Development Coach to deliver Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor to a caseload of 20-30 learners. The role is hybrid, with most delivery from home and 3 x 4-day residentials in Hampshire.

You will lead monthly teaching sessions, assess work, and help learners progress, including English/Maths support and safeguarding responsibilities. An exciting growth phase awaits in a supportive culture.
