Hybrid Learning & Development Specialist

CarTrawler is seeking a Talent, Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning across digital, live and blended formats. You'll own programmes, partner with People teams and use data to improve capability and performance. You'll also manage the LMS and explore AI-enabled approaches to scale learning across the organisation.
