Hybrid Learning & Development Coordinator - Shape Training

RD Financial Recruitment Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Staines-upon-Thames. The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid, offering £30k-£40k.

You will coordinate the organisation-wide training calendar, administer the LMS, and work with SMEs to develop engaging learning materials. You will also manage induction, onboarding for new staff, and coordinate initial training for key roles.
