Hybrid Lead: Palliative Social Work & Safeguarding

Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a Lead Social Worker to ensure high quality palliative care social work services across the organisation with strong leadership and safeguarding accountability. The role will model professional standards and influence service design and delivery, while promoting evidence-based psychosocial care for patients and families.

Hybrid working is possible, with travel across all sites to perform duties.
