Hybrid Launch Excellence Lead - Associate Director

MSD Malaysia is seeking a Launch Excellence Leader (AD Project Mgmt.) for our Dunboyne, Co. Meath site.

The role drives NPI and RU Readiness improvements across the biologics network, partnering with site and global stakeholders to translate learnings into sustainable best practices and updated procedures. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional work streams, apply Lean Six Sigma and PDCA methodologies, and ensure alignment with quality, safety, cost, and timing objectives.
