Job Description

Asana is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for our Dublin, Ireland office. You will provide in-person and remote IT support, helping colleagues locally and supporting Asana's global operations through ticketing and Slack.

You are collaborative, detail-oriented and proactive, capable of troubleshooting hardware and software across Apple, Windows, and ChromeOS devices, and deploying new laptops using JAMF, Intune and ABM.
