Hybrid Insurance Tech Support Specialist

Applied Systems is seeking a Customer Support Technician to join the Customer Experience Team in a hybrid Belfast role. You will assist customers by phone, chat, and email with questions about our insurance software, hardware, or related products, requiring attention to detail and strong problem-solving and people skills.

The role focuses on end-to-end ticket ownership, fast and high-quality support, and collaboration with the team to build product expertise. Prior IT or CRM experience is a plus.
