Hybrid HRBP: Travel-Ready, Policy & People Leader

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a HR Business Partner Support on a 13-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. The role is hybrid, with travel between Dublin sites and a requirement for own vehicle and full driving license.

You will act as the first point of contact for managers on HR queries, assist with employee relations documentation, and support training and HR projects across the organisation. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years HR Admin experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency
