Hybrid HR Shared Services Administrator

Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC is hiring an HR Shared Services Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports global HR operations from the UK, handling Hire to Retire, payroll interfaces, and GDPR-compliant data management.

You will be the first point of contact for HR policy queries, support policy communication, and help drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery. Hybrid working includes two days in Northwich and three days remote.
