Hybrid HR Partner Assistant - ER, People Plans & Insight

Bromford Housing Group is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner to provide highQuality HR support across assigned business areas. You will work with HR Partners to deliver People Plans, manage ER casework, and ensure compliant processes.

The role is based in Wolverhampton/Lichfield/Tewekesbury/Chipping Sodbury with hybrid working and a 37.5 hour week. Key duties include monitoring casework trends, supporting workforce planning, and delivering operational HR insights.
