Hybrid HR Officer: Data-Driven People Support

Angling Direct is seeking an HR Officer to join our Head Office team in Rackheath on a hybrid, full time basis. You will support the HR team across the employee lifecycle, assist with routine employee relations and absence management, contribute to ERP system implementation, and help recruit and onboard new hires while building strong internal relationships.

The role requires organisation, data awareness and a service focused approach; CIPD Level 3 or equivalent hands on HR experience is ideal.
