Hybrid HR Manager: Lead Change & People Growth

ELEVATE Hub Jobs is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Corby site. The role is hybrid after probation and involves end to end HR duties, reporting to the site Business Unit Director with dotted line to the HR Director in the US.

The role focuses on employee relations, coaching managers, recruitment, change management, and collaborating with the UK HR team and global group to drive best practice and business outcomes.
