Hybrid HR Business Partner - Professional Services

University of Leicester is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead change initiatives within the HR division. You will advise, coach and influence senior stakeholders to align schools and departments with the University's strategic aims.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR (Business Partnering), you will provide a comprehensive HR service to Professional Services and support Heads of Divisions with strategic guidance.
