Hybrid HR Business Partner - People, Culture & Wellbeing

St Margaret's Hospice Care in Somerset is recruiting an HR Business Partner on a part-time basis to support managers, build strong teams and nurture a compassionate, inclusive workplace across designated teams.

You will advise on employee relations, workforce planning and organisational change, coach leaders, promote wellbeing and help embed a values-led culture to deliver outstanding patient- and staff-centered care.
