Hybrid HR Business Partner - ER & IR Specialist (Dublin)

National Lottery is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide expert support to managers in a regulated, unionised environment. You will handle ER casework, support union engagement, and ensure strong policy compliance. The role is hybrid with three onsite days in Dublin city centre.

You will work closely with cross-functional HR teams to drive governance, audits and continuous improvements, while handling complex queries with sound judgement and discretion.
