Hybrid HR Business Partner - 12-Month Cover

HeliosX Group in the United Kingdom seeks an HR Business Partner on a 12 month maternity cover to support our Leamington Spa operations hub of around 140 people. You will shape and deliver people strategies that build managerial capability, strengthen culture, and enable teams to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This standalone role partners with leaders, coaches managers, and uses people data to inform decisions, guiding workforce planning through change with clarity and care.
