Hybrid HR Advisor - ER Expert & People Coach

Forwardrole is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a growing organization based in Chorley. This hands-on HR generalist role involves advising managers, managing ER cases, and ensuring compliance across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR systems experience, and will ideally hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
