Hybrid Housing Repairs Customer Advisor

Cannock Chase Council is seeking a Housing Repairs Customer Service Advisor to be the front face of the Housing Repairs and Maintenance service. You will handle calls, emails and online enquiries, delivering high-quality information and support to residents in a fast-paced contact centre.

The role offers hybrid working, 37 hours per week, and a permanent contract. Salary is Grade C, with a pay award pending, and benefits include a Local Government Pension Scheme and generous annual leave.
