Hybrid Housing Customer Service Advisor

A community-focused organization in Wales is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls related to tenancy management and maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and will work in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days home).
