Hybrid Home Insurance Advisor Growth & Training

Hastings Direct is seeking a Customer Representative in our Home Insurance department located in Bexhill-on-Sea. The role involves guiding customers through new policies, renewals, and changes, primarily via telephony with evolving digital channels.

Training will be provided to build product knowledge and customer service expertise. After a successful 8 week onboarding, the position moves to a hybrid arrangement with one weekly office visit.
