Hybrid Home Claims Advisor Flexible Schedule & Remote

Hastings Direct is recruiting a Home Claims Handler to join our Leicester team. You will manage a portfolio of home claims, delivering effective support through desktop settlements or liaising with suppliers, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid pattern, visiting the office about one day per week with remote work the rest. Training is provided, and the role aims to uphold Hastings 4Cs in every interaction.
