Hybrid Healthcare Customer Service Advisor

Eakin Healthcare in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support the UK Service business. You will handle prescription-related orders, liaise with GP surgeries, and ensure accurate processing and delivery within regulations.

Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will manage inbound and outbound customer contact, maintain customer accounts, and contribute to high levels of satisfaction and retention across our Respond Home Delivery service.
