Hybrid Health & Safety Advisor: Risk, Wellbeing & Compliance

South East Water is seeking a NEBOSH-certified Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. The role blends office-based risk management with on-site Kent visits, reporting to the Head of H&S and driving our wellbeing strategy.

You will provide expert H&S guidance, conduct risk assessments, audits, and collaborate with HR on wellbeing and occupational health initiatives across a dispersed workforce.
