Hybrid Global Learning & Development Specialist

AXA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that enhance skills, improve performance and foster a culture of continuous development. You'll use workshops, e-learning, coaching and blended solutions across the business.

You'll collaborate with multiple teams to align initiatives with organisational goals, leveraging LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.
