Hybrid Global 3PM Sourcing Director

Fiskars Group seeks a Director, Global 3PM Sourcing to shape our global third party manufacturing strategy for Fiskars Garden and Creative products. You will lead a high performing team across Europe, the US and China, partnering with Brand, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to build a resilient supplier network.

You will drive cost optimization, supplier diversity, and sustainable sourcing while influencing long term business strategy and Make or Buy decisions in a hybrid work environment.
