Hybrid GenAI Journalist Engineer - LLM Fine-Tuning & RAG

The Economist Group AI Lab is seeking a skilled NLP/LLM engineer to fine-tune models, curate datasets, and build RAG pipelines using structured content. You will prototype TTS pipelines for audio-first products and collaborate with editors to align generation with the editorial voice.

You will define generation quality metrics, work with infra, frontend, and design to ship internal tools, and contribute to demos exploring GenAI capabilities while upholding editorial and ethical standards.
