Hybrid Functional Assessor: Medical Review Expert (PIP/WCA)

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Functional Assessors for Hybrid roles in Lewes. The positions cover PIP and WCA assessments with a Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule and a competitive salary plus bonuses. Training is 12 weeks paid, and there are opportunities for progression and additional incentives.

The team reviews medical evidence and conducts structured assessments via in-person, phone, or video consultations. Strong writing and IT skills are essential for producing high-quality DWP reports.
