Hybrid Energy Manager - Decarbonisation & Strategy Lead

Baltimore Consulting is seeking an Energy Manager for a six month contract with hybrid working. You will lead a specialist Energy Team, driving energy and carbon reduction across a complex public sector estate and reporting to the Sustainability Policy Manager.

The role focuses on shaping policy, delivering measurable cost and carbon savings, managing budgets and partnerships, and ensuring data, reporting and compliance. Immediate start and week one interviews are noted.
