Hybrid Employment Specialist (Part-Time) Inclusive Pathways

Education Development Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist in Newcastle on a hybrid, part time basis. You will deliver person centred employment support to individuals with health conditions and barriers to work, using IPS/SEQF approaches.

You will manage a caseload of 20-25 people, coach them toward sustainable employment, and partner with employers, NHS and social care services to create pathways into work across the Newcastle area.
