Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor - High-Impact HR

Poundland Limited is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor for our People team, based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall. The role is hybrid, supporting store network HR needs and handling a high-volume caseload with guidance on policy and procedures.

You will provide expert advice over the phone and by email, produce precise HR casework, and work with the team to spot trends for improvements across the business.
