Hybrid Education Welfare Officer - Improve Attendance

Suffolk County Council is recruiting an Education Welfare Officer to support pupils and families, aiming to improve attendance and educational outcomes across the county. You will work with schools, safeguarding teams, social care, health services and the police to coordinate support, address safeguarding concerns and maintain accurate case records in a confidential, child-centred way.

The role offers hybrid working at West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds, with term-time hours and permanent
