Hybrid Dublin: Senior SaaS Account Growth Manager

Output Sports is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Dublin to own and scale a portfolio of customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will lead engagement strategies, leverage segmentation, and drive adoption and retention across a growing SaaS platform.

You will work closely with the Director of Sports Science to turn ideas into repeatable account-management processes, balance renewal risk, and identify upsell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and customer value.
