Hybrid Dispute & Compensation Specialist

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Dispute & Compensation Advisor to manage compensation claims arising from failed move-ins. You will ensure customers receive accurate advice, fair outcomes and excellent service throughout the claims journey.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office weekly, operating 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, supporting Pinnacle Service Families across UK housing contracts with Defence Infrastructure Organisation duties.
