Hybrid Digital Customer Success Executive - Automotive

GardX is seeking a Digital Customer Success Executive to support automotive customers in a hybrid Portsmouth-based role. You will manage onboarding, build relationships with dealers, demonstrate digital products, and use data to identify opportunities to improve results.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support retention and growth, with a focus on delivering value through our digital merchandising technology.
