Hybrid Customer Support & Admin Specialist

Honeycomb is seeking a Customer Support Administrator on behalf of a market leading business based in Mallusk, Northern Ireland. This ongoing temporary role offers an initial 2 month term with the possibility of extension and a hybrid working model after training.

The successful candidate will proactively contact customers to update details, answer general queries and provide administrative support to the wider team, delivering accurate, end to end processes with a keen eye for detail.
