Hybrid Customer Success Team Lead (SaaS)

The Stepstone Group UK Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Team Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring high performance and supporting the Head of Customer Success with the continued evolution of the UK function.

You will own team metrics, drive outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to enhance the end-to-end customer lifecycle and ensure sustainable revenue retention across the business.
