Hybrid Customer Success Associate - Equity & Growth

Raylo is seeking an Operations Associate in the Customer Success team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and maintaining a high-quality experience while leveraging AI platforms to improve efficiency and reporting.

Based in Belfast, you'll work on-site 4 days a week with 1 day of remote work post-probation, supporting a fast-growing tech business. A foundation in operations and a proactive, team-focused mindset are essential.
