Hybrid Customer Service Lead: Orders & Relationships

Tata Steel UK is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lisburn, hybrid working. You will act as the main contact for customers, handling orders, queries, notifications and complaints, while supporting Commercial and Planning teams to maintain service levels.

You will build strong relationships, manage day-to-day activities using Stratix and Nexus, and drive accuracy in order processing, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
