Hybrid Customer Service Executive - Finance Career Growth

V12 Retail Finance is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our contact centre. You will handle customer queries, carry out daily transactions and aim for excellent outcomes while building relationships over the telephone.

The role includes a flexible 35-hour week with shift patterns across 8:00am-8:00pm and an initial full-time onsite training period in Cardiff, followed by hybrid work (50% in office). We value customer focus, ownership, teamwork and risk awareness.
