Hybrid Customer Service Assistant - Helpdesk & Partners

Co-op Wholesale is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Scunthorpe to provide frontline support for Helpdesk and Reception. The role starts with office-based training for three months, then offers remote work three days a week, with occasional Saturdays and a banking holiday rota.

You will log and investigate partner and consumer queries by phone or email, supporting a fast-growing retail and partner network with high service standards.
