Hybrid Customer Service & Sales Adviser

NFU Mutual is recruiting a Customer Service & Sales Adviser in Glasgow. You will build trust with customers, explain motor and home cover, and generate tailored quotations while managing several IT systems.

The role blends office training with flexible homeworking up to 80% of the time after onboarding. You'll start with six weeks of structured training, then two weeks with a Team Leader, moving into a supportive environment focused on development and continuous coaching.
