Hybrid: Customer Service & Office Operations Lead

ConservAqua in Leatherhead is seeking a Customer Service and Office Manager to lead the customer service team and oversee office operations. You will drive process improvements, manage HR policies and coordinate IT/telephony and fleet needs.

You will recruit, onboard and train new staff, monitor performance and maintain high service standards. This role is hybrid, with a salary of £35k-£40k, and benefits including private healthcare and enhanced annual leave.
