Job Description

Teleperformance in Manchester is hiring a Customer Service & Claims Handler to support mobile phone insurance customers. You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through the claims process, and update cases with accurate information.

Two weeks of paid training on-site in Manchester, followed by a hybrid schedule: 2 days on site and 3 days work from home, 40 hours per week. You must be available for shifts across Mon-Fri and weekends as required.
